Biography:
I started my taxidermy journey while attending university. I had volunteered in my universities specimen collection lab where I learned how to create study skins used for research. It was a natural progression for me to try my hand at taxidermy and have since started working with local nature centers creating and repairing display pieces for the public.
Artists Statement:
I strive to create pieces that spark interest and curiosity while also giving a respectful second life to the specimens that I work on. I also hope to make people feel closer to wildlife they otherwise would not have seen and to encourage those that can to go and see the natural beauty that is out there.
